Dispatcher Role Overview:

Insight Global is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join an industry leading Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing contractor delivering complex multifamily and commercial projects throughout California. This role is ideal for someone with HVACand/or multifamily experience who thrives at the center of communication between customers, technicians, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of HVAC service technicians across multifamily properties.

• Prioritize service calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skill sets.

• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up to date job statuses within ServiceTitan.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, warranty updates, and general service inquiries.

• Conduct outbound calls to confirm appointments, provide status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a professional, customer first approach in all communications.

Skills and Requirements

• At Least 2-3 Years Experience in HVAC dispatching, multifamily service operations, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service workflows

• Comfortable working with technology and service management platforms; experience with ServiceTitan
