You will join an experienced team and work directly with Relativity's staff as needed to resolve software-specific issues. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and Attributes for SuccessProvide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys, investigators, and the Litigation Support SpecialistsPerform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for search terms, date ranges, folder paths, and domain types using complex searches and custom indices (i.e., privilege screens, data prioritization) for matters involving litigation holds, and other DOE/OGC/OIG mattersWork with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installationWork directly with Relativity's staff as needed to resolve software‑specific issuesPlay a key role in testing Relativity software releases as well as setting up and establishing templates, views, scripts, or workflows used across all workspaces or the workspaces of an entire divisionRemain proficient in Relativity and all its analytics tools by keeping abreast of all changes to or upcoming changes to the software including any software integrations and plugins, being an active member of the Relativity User Portal, reading the Relativity Blog and Relativity Ideas DigestAdvocate on behalf of CFTC staff for new features through the Relativity User Portal and promote them to eLaw and Relativity engineersPerform Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation for various workflowsQualificationsAt least ten (10) years of litigation support experience including preferably four (4) years of progressively more advanced Relativity experienceMaster's degree or J.D., or a Bachelor's degree plus an additional three (3) years of experience (for a total of 13 years of experience) may be substituted for the Master's degreeRelativity RCA certification requiredExperience in managing multiple tasks such as those defined in the scope of work must be demonstratedExcellent oral and written communication skills requiredMust be a U.S. citizenMust be able to obtain a Public Trust clearancePreferred QualificationsTwo (2) Relativity certifications, preferably including the RCAA Relativity Master certification, idealExperience using LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine preferredExperience using Microsoft SQL Server, helpful but not requiredCurrent or active clearance, preferredOur commitment: Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
