All-Source Intelligence AnalystWe need a skilled intelligence analyst who can find, interpret, and synthesize information from classified and unclassified sources to provide actionable insights that support national security and critical decision-makers.ResponsibilitiesReview reporting from classified and unclassified intelligence streams daily.Develop and brief assessments that reflect the priorities of regional or topical portfolios.Produce specific products on request and propose new analyses, coordinating with teammates and across the intelligence community.Brief warfighters, senior policymakers, and intelligence community members on analytic lines.Identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements, evaluate resulting intelligence, and determine analytical approaches.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience with strategic all‑source intelligence analysis of military, security, and political issues.Strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset.Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of all‑source analysis experience, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a Linux and command‑line‑driven environment.Knowledge of protocols associated with wireless technologies, including VPN or VoIP.Up‑to‑date knowledge of wireless technologies.Completion of 450 or 451 JCAC Military Training.Completion of Intermediate and Advanced Signals Analysis Training, including MCSAP and SADPP.ClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $77,600 – $176,000 USD (annualized).
