In this role, you will apply ISD methodology to design and develop high-impact instructional materials that meet client training needs and align with DoD and Council on Occupational Education standards. This position is on-site and requires U.S. citizenship.Key Responsibilities* Design and develop instructional materials including training plans, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, assessments, and practical scenarios* Support the creation of course documentation such as design documents, instructor and student guides, and course syllabi* Apply DoD ISD methodology to align instructional content with performance-based learning objectives* Assist in identifying training gaps and developing solutions based on field performance and client requirements* Ensure compliance with the Council on Occupational Education and DoD training standardsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 annually* The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary.
