This role includes observing and reporting incidents, responding to emergencies, and assisting staff when security support is needed.Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum Experience & QualificationsAt least 1 year of related experience (healthcare setting preferred)Experience monitoring surveillance systems and writing incident reportsKnowledge of safety procedures, fire protection, emergency preparedness, and security standards (Department of Health Services and The Joint Commission preferred)CPR/AED training preferredKey ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly and effectively to emergency and non‑emergency situationsMonitor and report activities that could result in injury or property lossCommunicate effectively with patients, visitors, and medical staffWrite clear, accurate, and detailed reportsMaintain positive working relationships with staffOperate security systems and related softwareIdentify and assess critical situations quickly and accuratelyHandle physically demanding situations, including patient restraints or violent incidentsExercise sound judgment, emotional control, and professionalismEmployment RequirementsMust pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable lawsLicenses & CertificationsValid California driver's license (required)BLS – Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association (required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
