    LCAT/Level: Exploitation Specialist – Mid-LevelPosition Title: GEOINT Analyst / Analytic MethodologistLocation: NGA WashingtonSupported Office: ATS – Office of Science and MethodologiesShift: Day Shift (Shift 1)Position OverviewThe GEOINT Analyst / Analytic Methodologist provides advanced geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analytical support focused on analytic methodologies, training development, and exploitation workflows in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The selected candidate will leverage expertise in advanced GIS applications, traditional and non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) sensors, and GEOINT tradecraft to support operational mission requirements, training initiatives, and methodological innovation efforts.Required QualificationsCandidates must possess the following qualifications:Active TOP SECRET security clearance with current SCI eligibility/access (NO EXCEPTIONS).Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline and a minimum of four (4) years of experience applying advanced GIS methodologies; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating senior-level GEOINT analytical proficiency and advanced GIS expertise.Working knowledge of traditional and non-traditional NTM sensors, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities, and the ability to translate technical concepts into GEOINT tradecraft and instructional materials.Experience developing subject matter expertise and evaluating related policies, standards, and best practices to effectively communicate across multiple intelligence and operational communities.Demonstrated experience delivering briefings, presentations, or training to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational, programmatic, and professional environment.Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% CONUS and OCONUS in support of team-based training and mission engagements.Experience developing innovative GEOINT analytical workflows and methodologies.Proficiency with COTS/GOTS GEOINT exploitation and geospatial tools, including but not limited to:Maven Smart SystemMap of the WorldiSpyArcGIS ProDesired QualificationsCandidates possessing the following qualifications will receive additional consideration:Master of Science degree in a quantitative or geospatially focused discipline, including geography, GIS, geospatial analysis, remote sensing, geodesy, geophysics, earth science, cartography, or related fields.Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique or non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.Experience translating intelligence capabilities and operational workflows into measurable training objectives and instructional content.Experience supporting the development and refinement of training materials through feedback and instructional collaboration.Operational experience working with vector geospatial data and associated analytic applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
