    OpportunityDrive targeting, intelligence support to targeting, joint fires integration, joint targeting integration, and target folder integration and production activities for the team. Manage projects related to Joint Intermediate Target Development, ensuring that program objectives and standards are met. Conduct liaisons and engagements with Department of War organizations supporting intelligence and joint targeting growth and mission success. Provide expert guidance on joint doctrine, intelligence analysis, and operational targeting methodologies. Foster strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Qualifications15+ years of experience as an All‑Source Intelligence Analyst and Technician in U.S. government serviceExperience using intelligence software and analytical toolsLeadership in program management and organizational strategy, and experience leading at the Batt­alion, Brigade, Division, Corps, or Joint levels of operationsExperience serving as a Program Manager for programs such as the Army's Joint Intermediate Target Development Program, and leading strategic planning initiatives for intelligence organizations such as Army or Joint, driving long‑term successKnowledge of joint doctrine and targeting processesAbility to instruct, mentor, and develop intelligence, fires, and targeting professionalsTS/SCI clearanceAssociate's degree in Intelligence Studies or SecurityIntelligence Analysis or Program Management CertificationCompletion of a Targeting Cycle and Software Applications Instructor Course such as the Joint Operational Fires and Effects CourseNice to HaveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security, or a related fieldClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationSalary range: $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
