    Vehicle Mounted Missile System Manager – supporting the Maneuver Future Capability Directorate (MFCD) and Maneuver Requirements Division (MRD) at Fort Benning, GA under the U.S. Army Futures and Concepts Command.Job Responsibilities:Perform capability gap and DOTMLPF‑P analysis to inform requirements; develop, write, assemble, and staff capability requirements documents, CONEMP, and Basis of Issue Guidance for vehicle‑mounted missile systems.Perform CBA and Materiel Solutions Analysis; conduct product research and develop COIC and D&AOP for operational test events.Require practical experience operating, employing, integrating, and sustaining vehicle‑mounted anti‑armor and anti‑structure missile systems, including but not limited to:TOW missile familyCROWS‑JJavelin CCMS‑MediumStinger short‑range air defense missile familyLong‑range precision munitions on M2 Bradley Fighting VehicleStryker Anti‑Tank Guided Missile (M1134)JLTVISVHave working knowledge of fire control subsystems, target acquisition sensors, optics, and thermal sights, and the engineering integration considerations for mounting munitions on ground combat platforms.Support preparation of decision packages flowing through RIB, DIG, CGRB, and AROC forums.Coordinate DAP scoring; maintain awareness of emerging materiel solutions through SPAR and POM cycles.Possess a working knowledge of the U.S. Army, its organizational structures with emphasis on Brigade Combat Teams, and a basic understanding of Army doctrine and operational concepts.Report to the Task Order Team Lead.Position Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, or eight (8) years of Army maneuver, infantry, armor, or fires experience in lieu of a degree.Graduate of the following DAU courses, or ability to complete within 10 days of hire:RQM 1010, Introduction to JCIDSACQ 1010, Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition ManagementRQM 1101, Core Concepts for Requirements ManagementTST 102, Fundamentals of Test and EvaluationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other operational software.Active Secret security clearance.Highly Desired:Graduate of the Army Capabilities Development Course (CDC).Graduate of the Bradley, Stryker, or Tank Master Gunner Course.Prior experience as a Battalion, Brigade, or higher‑level Master Gunner, Operations staff officer, or Anti‑Armor Platoon Leader / Section Sergeant.Systems Studies and Simulation, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
