In this role you will shape next‑generation training solutions for high‑performance 5th‑generation fighter aircraft such as the F‑22, F‑15, and F/A‑18. Your work will drive the development and delivery of immersive learning experiences, training simulations, and tactical doctrine that directly support the readiness and effectiveness of our nation's advanced aircrews.Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development for 4th and 5th generation aircraft.Design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored to aircrew training requirements.Develop and maintain courseware and training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives and customer needs.Instruct advanced pilot training courses and evaluate program effectiveness using customer feedback and operational data.Develop CONOPS/Mission Assurance plans and deliver pilot simulator verification/test using Boeing Full Mission Simulators (FMS).Operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) to execute approved training syllabi.Support military pilots in maintaining qualification levels through upgrade and tactics training within Boeing's training systems.Implement and support Boeing initiatives, programs, and policies to maintain training excellence and compliance.Adhere to site security and access‑control procedures in accordance with Boeing and customer requirements.Ensure proper handling and sanitization of classified media and training materials in compliance with Boeing and customer security protocols.Collaborate closely with Boeing training teams and customer representatives at dedicated training sites to meet training and continuation training objectives.Maintain appropriate security clearances as required by Boeing and customer programs.Requirements Extensive experience as a Pilot/WSO, Fighter/Attack with knowledge of 4th and/or 5th generation high‑performance fighter aircraft. Demonstrated expertise in pilot training, tactics development, and evaluation of training effectiveness. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple functional areas and diverse personnel. Flexibility to perform additional duties and related responsibilities as assigned to support Boeing's training mission. Travel is expected based on contractual requirements up to 10%-50% of the time (Domestic/International). Appropriate security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience.Relevant degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience combined with specialized training and professional experience aligned with the assignment.Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training solutions and courseware development.Familiarity with effective flight instruction methodologies/assessment techniques and AETC experience as a SUPT or IFF instructor pilot.Knowledge of crew resource management, flight planning, and industry regulations, along with advanced pilot aviation skills.Experience in developing comprehensive training materials, including syllabus development, lesson plans and multimedia resources.Location & Onsite Requirement 100% onsite.
