    Position OverviewThe Intelligence Analyst, reporting to the EIS Intelligence Manager and working closely with client leadership, will support operations within the client's Intelligence Operations Center (IOC). As part of an embedded team for a Fortune 500 financial technology client, the analyst will conduct real‑time monitoring, open‑source research, impact assessments, and strategic briefings to support global intelligence, crisis response, and integrated risk management efforts. This role demands flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional client‑focused service.What You Will Work OnServe as the primary point of contact for client intelligence, global security, and crisis response supportMonitor global events in real time and assess potential impact on client personnel, assets, and operationsManage and escape crises and incidents in accordance with established SOPsConduct open‑source research (OSINT), produce timely and actionable intelligence assessments, and deliver written and oral briefings to client leadershipSupport travel risk management by tracking high‑risk destinations and conducting employee check‑insTriage and respond to client requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of intelligence and servicesMaintain situational awareness of the client's global footprint and evolving risk landscapeProactively suggest and support improvements to intelligence workflows, risk management programs, and SOPsTrack key metrics, contribute to regular intelligence reporting, and support program documentationMentor and assist in onboarding new analysts to ensure team effectivenessCollaborate with team members and leverage internal Crisis24 resources to enhance analytical capabilitiesPerform other duties as assigned within the scope of the client engagementWhat You Will BringAt least 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessments, travel security, incident response, or related fieldsProficiency in the intelligence lifecycle and global risk monitoringStrong analytical skills and familiarity with structured analytic techniquesStrong familiarity with Crisis24 (or similar) Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platformsExcellent written, verbal, and briefing communication skillsExperience in client‑facing roles with a high level of customer serviceSelf‑motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize under minimal supervisionEffective time management, problem solving, and multitasking skillsTechnical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Earth, and Google MapsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesForeign language skills and international travel experience are a plusAdditional RequirementsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidaysOccasional travel may be requiredMust be able to work onsite in McLean, VAMust be able to work independently and within a close‑knit, fast‑paced team environmentInformation SecurityProtect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Equal Opportunity EmploymentCrisis24, A GardaWorld Company is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
