    Career Opportunities with JANUS Research Group This Position is Subject to Contract AwardJANUS Research Group is currently seeking an Intelligence Systems Analyst SSO for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8). The DCS G-8 is the principal military advisor to the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) for the Programming phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The DCS, G-8 coordinates with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on all proposed programming and process recommendations related to ongoing and future acquisition programs and science and technology initiatives. The DCS, G-8 coordinates with Army Futures Command (AFC) for program funding for all elements of the future force materiel modernization enterprise.Qualifications Have Military Intelligence experience at the tactical, operational, strategic, and national levelsBe familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army intelligence units and equipment. SSO must be able to organize, coordinate, and synchronize working groups in support of the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC)Be able to write and brief information on assigned ProgramsHave the ability to analyze, prioritize and validate Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Cyber requirements to provide the current and future Army with timely and decisive warfighting capabilitiesKnowledge of the full range of tactical ISR, EW, and Cyber Systems are required.Have a foundational level of operational and / or technical and educational experience / expertise in Combat, Combat Support, Combat Service Support, or combined arms formations and procedures associated with these tactical formations, synthetic training environmentsExpertise with Force Development Human-Machine Integration (FDH) specific programs to be supported.
