Job Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Aid Operations and Technology, the Financial Aid Operations Coordinator supports the successful implementation of student financial aid program services. Under general supervision, the coordinator will provide courteous and accurate customer service to all prospective students, university constituents, and campus community. Job Summary Under the oversight of the Senior Director, Design & Construction, the Senior Construction Manager is responsible for all efforts associated with successfully managing multiple University development and construction projects. This includes all aspects of project management during the development, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases of the project life cycle. In successfully managing assigned projects, this senior level position is required to collaboratively interface with variety of campus stakeholders including senior administrators, staff, faculty, students, colleagues from the CSU Chancellor’s Office, agencies having jurisdiction including those at the Federal, State, and local level, and various professional consultants, contractors, and vendors. The Design & Construction unit of Facilities Development & Operations provides services to a University campus spread across five sites comprised of +170 acres, 52 buildings, and more than six million gross square feet. The Unit employs five full time permanent staff (whose efforts are integrated with the Real Estate, Physical & Capital Planning and Maintenance & Infrastructure Projects units) and utilizes several consultants in the delivery of services to the campus. Key Responsibilities Manages all aspects of assigned projects through the full course of the project life cycle including planning, design, construction, and closeout phases. Independently leads and direct projects requiring high levels of functional integration and involving multiple disciplines to be managed. Job Summary The Enrollment Management Department at San Jose State University supports the academic mission of the University and collaboratively works with the campus and external community to enhance student success. The Enrollment Management Enrollment and Communication Analyst functions independently under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management Technical Implementation and Communication (EMTIC) with additional work lead direction from the Associate Director of Enrollment Management Technical Implementation and Communication. Department Summary The Aviation and Technology Department at San Jose State University offers BS Aviation. The department also offers a Master of Science in Quality Assurance (MSQA) for those students wishing to pursue a graduate level degree. Department Summary AFAM offers an undergraduate major and 3 minor concentrations (African American Studies, Black Women’s Studies and African Studies).
